It is obtained combining three cultivar: Razzola (autochthonous), Leccino e Moraiolo (traditional). The olives are hand picked in our best olive groves, set on the hills of Ortonovo and Castelnuovo Magra. The extraction is only mechanical so we can preserve scents and organoleptic features.
It maintains the typical characteristics of a Ligurian oil: low acidity, elegance and delicacy. Complexity and character are perceived both in the nose and in the mouth
